Singapore's SP Group is a state-owned energy company. Its subsidiary, PowerGas, is the sole natural gas transporter and system operator in Singapore, while SP PowerGrid is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the nation's transmission and distribution network. Today, our battery online monitoring system has successfully completed supply and deployment across more than 20 sites for SP PowerGas and SP PowerGrid, helping our customer build a smart defense line that integrates monitoring, management, and control for their backup power systems in data centers and equipment rooms.
With SP Group's project sites being numerous and widely dispersed, traditional "rat-race" style inefficient maintenance was becoming unsustainable. RELAT has adopted a solution combining individual battery monitoring modules with a 7-inch screen management host. The system uses the monitoring modules to comprehensively and accurately assess the health status of each battery, capturing real-time critical parameters such as voltage, internal resistance, and temperature of every single cell. It integrates diverse site sizes, battery brands, and operational habits, forming a genuine, deeply grounded model for safeguarding Singapore's power grid.

One system covers over 20 sites and thousands of batteries, with all data automatically uploaded and anomalies proactively alerted. Operators can grasp the overall status just by sitting in front of a screen.
